This is a full-time, on-site Zoho Analytics Developer role based in Pune City. The Zoho Analytics Developer will design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making across sales, operations, inventory, and finance functions.
Responsibilities include integrating data from various internal systems and external sources including SAP B1 into Zoho Analytics, building and optimizing data models, and ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver user-friendly analytics solutions and documentation. The developer will also monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide training and support to internal users on Zoho Analytics best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Zoho Analytics, including data modeling, report building, dashboard creation, and advanced analytics features.
- Hands-on experience with data integration and ETL processes (APIs, connectors, data imports, scheduling, and automation) across multiple business systems.
- Solid understanding of databases and query languages (SQL or equivalent), with experience optimizing queries and managing large datasets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into effective reports, KPIs, and visualizations.
- Experience collaborating with sales, operations, finance, or supply chain teams, ideally in laboratory products, life sciences, or related industries.
- Ability to document technical solutions, create user guides, and provide training to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with other Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory) or similar business platforms is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Pune City.
