About The Role
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our complete Zoho One ecosystem.
If you excel in Zoho CRM, automation workflows, Deluge scripting, and integrations, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape high-impact systems and support a tech-driven business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Zoho One Suite (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, etc.).
Create and manage workflows, automation, blueprints, and business rules.
Configure and maintain Zoho connectors, integrations, and API-based tools.
Manage user roles, profiles, data security, and system permissions.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership.
Integrate Zoho with third-party applications and internal systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho-related issues across modules.
Train employees on Zoho tools, features, and best practices.
Support data migration, backups, and system hygiene.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 Years Of Hands-on Experience In Zoho Administration.

Deep Knowledge And Practical Experience With
Zoho CRM
Zoho Books
Zoho Projects

Zoho Workflow Automation
Deluge scripting
Zoho Analytics & Dashboards
Strong experience in API integrations and third-party app connectivity.

Strong troubleshooting and cross-module knowledge.
Desirable Skills (Good To Have)
Zoho Certifications (CRM, Creator, etc.)
Experience in telecom/ISP workflow automation
Ability to conduct internal Zoho training sessions
Knowledge of data migration, cleansing, and backup processes
