We are seeking a skilled Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator Developer with 03 to 05 years of hands-on experience customizing and implementing Zoho applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing efficient Zoho CRM workflows and creating scalable applications using Zoho Creator, contributing to process automation and system integration to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize, configure, and optimize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation processes to meet evolving client requirements.
  • Design, develop, deploy and maintain the custom applications using the Zoho Creator platform, including forms, reports, dashboards, and scripting with Deluge.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator with third-party systems and internal tools via REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM and Creator applications, ensuring high system availability and performance.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customization scripts, and user guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest Zoho platform features and best practices to optimize system functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Zoho CRM customization, including modules, workflows, and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in application development using Zoho Creator-form building, Deluge scripting, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API integrations, JavaScript, Webhooks and SQL.
  • Experience in business process automation and data migration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Zoho Flow, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho ecosystem products.
  • Experience in CRM or application migration projects.
  • Zoho CRM Developer Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Customer-facing support experience is an advantage.
  • Candidates with good oral and written communication skills
