Requirement : Zendesk Architect

Exp : 5+ Years

Location : Chennai(WFO)

Max Budget: 24 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Develop comprehensive technical solutions (TDD) that align with customer business objectives, focusing on the Zendesk suite (Support, Guide, Explore, Sunshine).
  • Integration & Customization: Build integrations using Zendesk Apps Framework, RESTful APIs, webhooks, and middleware to connect with platforms like AWS, Salesforce, or Genesys.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical design discussions, set best practices, and guide development teams during implementation.
  • AI Implementation: Architect intelligent chatbots and AI-powered service experiences using Zendesk AI capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical liaison, translating complex business needs into technical requirements for both internal teams and clients.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Support RFP responses, deliver demos, and provide scoping/estimation for prospective clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 510+ years of experience designing and implementing complex CRM or Zendesk solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Zendesk Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Zendesk Suite, including Zendesk Administrator or Developer certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend languages (Python, Java, Node.js).
  • Cloud & API Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, Connect) and RESTful API frameworks.
  • Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.
