Experience with Zendesk Explore reporting and analytics.

Knowledge of Zendesk APIs and integrations.

Understanding of customer service and ITSM processes.

Experience with SSO, user provisioning, and access management.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
