Role Description

This is a full-time Zavia State Head role located in vijayawada and hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Zavia State Head will oversee the end-to-end operations and performance of the Zavia product line in the designated state. Responsibilities will include driving sales strategies, managing the distribution network, ensuring product availability, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, the role involves market analysis, relationship management with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and guiding cross-functional teams
• at least should have 10 years of experience
• should have good bonding with distributors in mobile accessories market
• Strategic sales planning, market analysis, and target-driven decision-making proficiency
• Effective communication, relationship management, and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of the consumer electronics or mobile accessory market is an advantage
