As part of our rapid growth, we are expanding our Australian operations with a high-performance hub in India. We are a small, agile company where decisions are made quickly, and we are currently all-in on AI to drive our next phase of transformation.
The Mission
We are currently undergoing a massive digital overhaul, moving away from disparate systems into a single, AI-enabled environment powered by Notion and Zapier. We are looking for an Zapier/Notion AI Automation Specialist who can bridge the gap between data, automated workflows, and agentic AI to revolutionize our supply chain and sales operations.
You won't just be writing automations; you will be building the nervous system of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Agentic AI Development: Design and deploy autonomous AI agents to handle complex tasks, including BDR/Sales agents for lead qualification and procurement agents for vendor management.
- Process Automation: Build and maintain sophisticated multi-step workflows in Zapier to connect our operations across the warehouse, logistics, and sales departments.
- Data & Analytics: Perform data modeling and create actionable, real-time dashboards to monitor warehouse efficiency and sales performance, ensuring data flows correctly between our operational tools and our analytics layer.
- Notion Ecosystem Management: Help lead our rollout of Notion, ensuring the database architecture is optimized for both human use and AI data retrieval (RAG).
- Operational Transformation: Work directly with business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks in warehouse operations and procurement, then build practical, production-ready solutions.

Technical Requirements
- Automation: Expert-level proficiency with Zapier (including Webhooks and Formatter logic).
- Notion: Experience managing or structuring complex Notion workspaces.
- Data Stack: Strong SQL skills and experience with modern cloud data warehouses and BI tools; direct experience with BigQuery and Looker Studio is highly preferred.
- AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and building agentic workflows.
- Integration: Solid understanding of APIs and how to connect disparate SaaS tools.
