Job Description

Good configuration knowledge & experience of Zabbix app and web
Experience of setting up Zabbix monitoring on OS, Databases, VMware, Storage, Network devices and Web URLs.
Experience of Zabbix host group and user management.
Experience on discovery rules and discovery action on Zabbix frontend.
Experience on Zabbix templates setup & design custom monitors
Experience on setting up items and triggers on Zabbix frontend as per need.
Good troubleshooting capabilities with regards to Zabbix issues.
Experience on correcting monitoring inconsistencies.
Work closely with SRE teams to implement Monitoring solutions.
Use the existing documentation and find innovative solutions for new customer requirements.
Create and maintain documentation and knowledge documents for your implementations and customizations.
Experience with Windows and Linux operating system
Familiar with LAN/WAN technologies
clear understanding of basic network concepts / services
Good understanding of multi-tier application architectures and application runtime environments
Good understanding of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Understands alerting and incident-based collaboration across the enterprise.
Nice to have experience on automation around monitoring and increases use of automation in improving effectiveness.
Familiarity with how large IT environments are set up across Cloud datacenters
