Salary: 50,000–80,000/month

We're not looking for just a video editor. We're looking for someone who understands YouTube.

The GVAS is looking for YouTube Video Editor & Content Strategist, focused on building and growing faceless YouTube channels for global audiences.

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and self-driven professional who can take ownership of the entire YouTube content production process.

What You'll Do:

1) Research trending niches, topics, and content opportunities.

2) Analyze competitors, viral videos, and audience behavior.

3) Develop video ideas, hooks, and content strategies.

4) Transform scripts into engaging, high-retention YouTube videos.

5) Edit long-form videos and YouTube Shorts.

6) Create compelling visual storytelling, motion graphics, and sound design.

7) Collaborate on thumbnails, titles, and YouTube SEO.

8) Analyze CTR, audience retention, watch time, and channel performance.

9) Use AI tools to improve research and production workflows.

10) Take ownership of content from concept to publication.

What We're Looking For:

1) 3+ years of relevant YouTube editing experience.

2) Strong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or After Effects.

3) Experience producing faceless YouTube videos.

4) Understanding of YouTube algorithms, storytelling, and audience retention.

5) Ability to research topics and independently propose video ideas.

6) Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, or similar tools.

7) Experience with AI-assisted video production is a plus.
