Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a YouTube Strategist located in Mumbai. The YouTube Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the company's YouTube presence, increase audience engagement, and achieve growth objectives. The role includes analyzing performance metrics, conducting research to identify trends, managing content schedules, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in YouTube strategy, content optimization, and platform analytics
- Strong skills in research, content planning, and trend identification
- Knowledge of video production processes, including preproduction and post-production
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and collaborations
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Prior experience in YouTube channel management or a similar role is a plus
