Who are we

Cracku was launched in July 2014 by a group of three IIT-IIM alumni who are using technology to improve the learning experience of students preparing for competitive examinations. We have grown very fast and have helped thousands of students crack exams. As a startup, we have a very relaxed culture and expect our team members to be driven and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

• YouTube SEO & Content Optimization
• Channel Growth & Performance
• Content Strategy & Coordination
• Reporting & Continuous Optimization

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in YouTube SEO or video marketing.
• Strong understanding of YouTube ranking factors, algorithm behavior, and audience retention.
• Experience with YouTube Studio and Analytics.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools such as TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and Google Trends.
• Good command of written English for crafting compelling titles and descriptions.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
