The ideal candidate understands hook-based storytelling, emotional pacing, audience psychology, and platform-specific writing for YouTube (long-form + Shorts).

You will be responsible for creating high-retention scripts that keep viewers watching, reacting, and sharing.

The role also involves proofreading content to ensure accuracy and maintaining consistency in tone and style to align with brand guidelines. Collaboration with internal teams and meeting project timelines will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications
