We are looking for a creative and data-driven YouTube Producer who understands the platform inside out. The ideal candidate should have experience managing YouTube channels, optimizing content performance, and using YouTube Analytics to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and publish engaging video content for YouTube channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance using YouTube Analytics.
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, and metadata for better reach.
- Work closely with editors, writers, and designers to ensure high-quality video output.
- Track channel growth, audience retention, CTR, and other key metrics.
- Suggest content strategies based on trends, insights, and analytics.
- Ensure videos are uploaded as per schedule and follow platform best practices.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience managing or producing YouTube content.
- Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to plan content calendars and coordinate with the production team.
- Passion for digital content and staying updated with YouTube trends.
