Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative YouTube Producer Brands to manage and grow brand-led YouTube channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branded content, storytelling, and performance-driven video strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute YouTube content strategies for brand channels.
- Write and supervise scripts aligned with the brand tone and audience.
- Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Manage end-to-end video production (ideation to publishing).
- Analyze performance using YouTube Analytics and optimize content accordingly.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and marketing teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of content as per brand requirements and calendars.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in YouTube/content production (preferably for brands or agencies).
- Strong skills in scripting and storytelling for digital content.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube Analytics and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and client-handling experience.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and audience engagement.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts.
