YouTube Manager (Social Media Manager)

Job Overview:

We need a full-time Content Lead | YouTube Manager who has a strong content background and a natural flair for team management. This role focuses more on managing workflows, quality assurance, and team coordination (70%), while still involving script writing or script refinement along with quality checking of the final video and direction (30%). This is a permanent work-from-home job.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month (Fixed, Non-negotiable)

Experience: 6 months - 2 years minimum (NO FRESHERS)

Responsibilities

Content Management & Quality Oversight (70%)

• Watch over the entire process of making YouTube videosfrom writing scripts to finishing the final video
• Check videos to make sure they're consistent, interesting, and match our brand style
• Give helpful feedback to editors so they can do better work
• Make sure everyone meets deadlines, uses the right tone, and follows proven YouTube methods
• Work with writers, editors, and other team members to keep the work process smooth and organized
• Fix quality problems and suggest ways to make things work better before issues happen

Creative Supervision & Script Refinement (30%)

• Supervise and guide AI-assisted script-writing by reviewing and editing 2-3 scripts weekly
• Ensure scripts are optimized for engagement, hooks, and YouTube SEO

Perfect Candidate:

Has strong English writing and editing skills

Has basic understanding of YouTube content creation

Can work with AI writing tools

Has previous experience with AI content generation

Has strong organizational and communication skills

Requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Strong English writing and editing skills
• Basic understanding of YouTube content creation
• Ability to work with AI writing tools
• Previous experience with AI content generation preferred
• Understanding of YouTube optimization is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Portfolio of writing samples required

Technical Must-Haves:

• Personal laptop/computer (Company will NOT provide)
• High-speed internet (30+ MBPS minimum)
• Experience with AI writing tools
