Job Title: YouTube Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Board Infinity is looking for a YouTube Manager to own the YouTube channel end-to-end, from content planning to publishing and growth. The person will work closely with SMEs, coaches, and internal teams to get quality educational content created, optimized, and distributed effectively on YouTube.

Key Responsibilities -

● Manage the YouTube channel end-to-end preferably in edtech., including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.

● Coordinate with SMEs, coaches, and internal teams to create relevant and engaging video content.

● Work with the design team to create high-converting thumbnails and ensure brand consistency.

● Optimize videos for YouTube SEO through titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and metadata.

● Track channel performance using YouTube Analytics and improve CTR, watch time, retention, and subscriber growth.

● Stay updated on content trends, competitor activity, and YouTube algorithm changes to improve channel growth.

● Use AI tools for video creation, scripting, editing, automation, and faster content execution.

Requirements -

● 1-1.5 years of experience in YouTube/content management, preferably in edtech.

● Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, channel growth, thumbnails, and analytics.

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution independently.

● Good hands-on experience with AI tools used for video creation and content workflows.
