About The Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the digital media, creator-economy and influencer-marketing sector seeking a results-driven YouTube creator to produce high-impact, monetizable video content for audiences across India and global markets. This remote role focuses on content strategy, audience growth, monetization, and brand collaborations using modern creator tools and analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and produce a consistent slate of short- and long-form YouTube videosfrom ideation and scripting to editing and publishingaligned with channel growth goals.
- Optimize all content for discoverability: titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, thumbnails and end-screen strategies to maximize watch-time and subscriber conversion.
- Use analytics to monitor performance, run A/B tests on thumbnails/titles, and iterate content strategy to improve CTR, average view duration, and RPM.
- Manage live streams and community engagement, responding to comments and cultivating a loyal audience to boost retention and recurring viewership.
- Coordinate brand integration and influencer partnershipspitch concepts, execute sponsored content, and ensure deliverables meet brand and platform guidelines.
- Maintain an efficient content production pipeline and metadata library; document best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaigns.
