About the Role -
We are looking for a data-driven and creative YouTube Growth Manager to scale our channel presence, drive audience engagement, and maximize video performance. This role requires a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, content strategy, and analytics to consistently grow subscribers, views, and retention.
Key Responsibilities -
● Develop and execute end-to-end YouTube growth strategies
● Optimize video titles, thumbnails, tags, and descriptions for SEO
● Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and derive actionable insights
● Plan and manage content calendars aligned with trends and audience behavior
● Collaborate with video editors, designers, and content teams for high-performing content
● Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
● Improve audience retention, CTR, and watch time across videos
● A/B test thumbnails, formats, and publishing strategies
● Manage uploads, scheduling, and channel hygiene
Requirements -
● 2–5 years of experience in YouTube growth / content strategy / digital marketing
● Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, and analytics
● Experience working with content creators, editors, or agencies
● Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
● Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Analytics
● Strong communication and collaboration skills Good to Have
● Experience managing multiple channels
● Basic understanding of video editing and storytelling
● Experience in agency or fast-paced content environments
