YouTube Strategy Leader – Growth & Content Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven YouTube Strategy Leader to manage and scale multiple YouTube channels. The ideal candidate should deeply understand YouTube growth, audience retention, content strategy, thumbnails, titles, analytics, and viral content execution.
You will work closely with editors, scriptwriters, designers, and management to build high-performing content and drive channel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute complete YouTube growth strategies
- Plan video topics, content direction, and upload schedules
- Research viral trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and SEO
- Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics
- Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention, and engagement
- Coordinate with editors, scriptwriters, and graphic designers
- Review final videos before publishing
- Build systems for consistent channel growth
- Generate ideas for shorts, long-form videos, and content series
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in YouTube management, growth strategy, or content scaling
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm and audience psychology
- Experience in YouTube SEO and content optimization
- Knowledge of thumbnails, hooks, retention strategies, and storytelling
- Proven experience managing or growing YouTube channels
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic understanding of editing and thumbnail workflow is a plus
- Must be proactive, organized, and growth-focused
