- Assist in the planning and execution of video shoots and editing processes
- Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes and platform best practices
- Run and manage YouTube ads or collaborate with the performance marketing team (if applicable)
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation and social media management
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and SEO best practices
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously
