Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit podcast episodes and YouTube videos
- Optimize content for YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions)
- Manage content calendar and publishing schedule
- Research trends and competitor content for new ideas
- Collaborate with hosts, guests, and creative team
- Repurpose content into Shorts, Reels, etc.
