We add professional aspects to the strengths of the scores of grassroots workers supporting the Prime Minister and ensure optimal electoral results, not as an end in itself, but to add to the Prime Minister's vision for a developed India. Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and new-age media as force multipliers for the Prime Minister's messages and actions.

- We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals-including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors, all hailing from premier institutes and corporates-with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the nation's polity.

Responsibilities:

Write politically sharp and narrative-based content for long-form YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, captions, descriptions, and blogs

Script engaging long-form YouTube videos, Shorts, and series

Create video captions, descriptions, and SEO-friendly titles

Collaborate with video editors and animation teams

Analyze video performance using YouTube Analytics and dashboards

Research trending topics and audience behavior for maximum engagement

Use Google Sheets, Docs, and PowerPoint to track content strategy

Incorporate AI tools and storytelling techniques for viral content.

Requirements:

25 years in content writing, video scripting, or journalism

Strong knowledge of YouTube trends and audience engagement

Long-form storytelling & short-form video scripting expertise

Dashboard & analytics experience to optimize reach and watch time

Creativity and ability to deliver high-quality content under deadlines.

Bonus:

Political or public affairs content experience

Knowledge of multiple languages
