About the Channel

We are launching a dedicated AI News YouTube channel covering the latest breakthroughs, product launches, industry developments, and business implications of artificial intelligence. The channel will produce 15 high-quality, faceless long-form videos per month (815 minutes each) targeting a tech-savvy audience interested in AI, machine learning, and emerging technology.

We are looking for a self-driven content creator who can independently manage the entire content pipeline from researching breaking AI news to publishing a fully optimised video on YouTube.

What You'll Do

You will own the complete video production workflow, end to end:

1.Research & Topic Selection Monitor AI news sources daily (X/Twitter, ArXiv, TechCrunch, The Verge, newsletters, company blogs, Reddit, etc.). Identify the most trending, newsworthy, and engaging AI stories. Select 15 topics per month that will perform well on YouTube.

2.Script Writing Write compelling, well-structured video scripts (815 minutes). You may use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to draft scripts, but you must manually review, fact-check, and refine every script to ensure accuracy, originality, and engagement. No copy-paste AI output every script must have a human editorial layer.

3.Voice Over Production Generate realistic AI voice-overs using ElevenLabs (or similar tools). Ensure the narration sounds natural with proper pacing, emphasis, and tone. Handle any edits or re-generations needed for quality.

4.Coordinate with Video Editor Pass the finalised script and voice-over to our video editor with clear direction on visuals, B-roll, screen recordings, motion graphics, and pacing. Review the edited video draft and request revisions if needed.

5.Thumbnail Creation Design a high-CTR (click-through rate) thumbnail for each video using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Thumbnails should be bold, clear, and follow proven AI/tech niche styles that drive clicks.

6.YouTube Upload & SEO Upload the final video to YouTube with a fully optimised title, description (with keywords and timestamps), tags, end screens, cards, and proper categorisation. Ensure every upload follows YouTube SEO best practices to maximise discoverability.

7.Channel Management Manage the overall content calendar, maintain upload consistency (15 videos/month), monitor video performance and analytics, respond to comments when needed, and suggest improvements based on data.

Requirements

AI & Tech Knowledge You genuinely follow the AI space. You know the difference between GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Stable Diffusion. You can explain a new AI product to a general audience in simple terms.

YouTube Experience Proven experience creating content for YouTube (personal channel or client work). You understand how titles, thumbnails, retention, and CTR work together.

Strong Writing Skills You can write scripts that are engaging, well-paced, and optimised for voice-over narration not robotic or overly formal.

AI Tool Proficiency Comfortable using AI writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT), AI voice tools (ElevenLabs), and design tools (Canva, Photoshop). You use AI to speed up your work, not replace your thinking.

SEO Knowledge Solid understanding of YouTube SEO: keyword research, tag strategy, description optimisation, and how the algorithm rewards content.

Thumbnail Design Ability to create clean, high-CTR thumbnails. You don't need to be a graphic designer, but you should be able to produce thumbnails that compete in the AI/tech niche.

Self-Managed & Reliable You will manage this channel independently. We need someone who can stick to deadlines, maintain quality without constant oversight, and proactively flag issues.

Fluent English Scripts and all YouTube metadata must be in clear, professional English.

Nice to Have

Experience growing a YouTube channel from scratch or managing one with 10K+ subscribers

Familiarity with YouTube analytics tools (vidIQ, TubeBuddy)

Basic video editing skills (not required, but helpful for giving direction to the editor)

Experience with YouTube Shorts strategy for channel growth

Portfolio or sample channel showing previous AI/tech content work

Compensation & Terms

Monthly Pay: 30K-50K for 15 videos, depending upon your skills and experience.

Payment Schedule: Monthly, upon delivery of all 15 videos

Contract Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor

Performance Bonus: Open to discussion based on channel growth and performance milestones

Growth Opportunity: As the channel scales, there is room for increased compensation and an expanded role
