We are looking for a YouTube Channel Growth Executive who will be responsible for scaling channel performance, increasing views, subscribers, and audience engagement through data-driven strategies, SEO optimization, and content planning.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute YouTube growth strategies to increase subscribers and watch time
- Perform keyword research & SEO optimization (titles, tags, descriptions)
- Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics
- Optimize CTR (Click Through Rate) through thumbnails and titles
- Work closely with content creators, editors, and designers
- Identify trending topics and viral content opportunities
- Manage upload schedules and content calendar
- Monitor competitors and implement winning strategies
- Improve audience retention and engagement
- Handle YouTube Shorts growth strategy
Required Skills- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO & algorithm
- Experience with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Trends
- Knowledge of thumbnail strategy and A/B testing
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Creative thinking for viral content ideas
- Basic understanding of video editing & content flow
- Strong communication and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications- 13 years of experience managing YouTube channels
- Experience in kids content / animation niche (plus point)
- Proven track record of growing a channel organically
- Understanding of YouTube monetization policies
