Job Title: YouTube Channel Manager
- Manage end-to-end YouTube channel operations including video uploads, scheduling, metadata (titles, descriptions, tags), and thumbnails to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive channel growth through YouTube optimization (SEO), audience retention strategies, and regular content analysis.
- Handle YouTube monetization, copyright claims, strikes, and ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Prepare and share regular YouTube performance reports covering views, watch time, revenue, CTR, and subscriber growth with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, editing, design) to ensure timely publishing and consistent content quality.
Experience Required:
- 13 years of hands-on experience managing YouTube channels in a similar role.
