About The Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven YouTube Channel Manager to manage, optimize, and grow our YouTube channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete YouTube channel and content calendar.
• Develop and execute content planning & YouTube growth strategies.
• Create and manage video content ideas, topics and content plans.
• Write engaging YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions and other content.
• Optimize videos for YouTube SEO, keywords, tags and search intent.
• Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention and engagement.
• Analyze YouTube Studio metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with Content Writers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers & Faculty.
• Plan and optimize YouTube Shorts, Live Sessions & Community Posts.
• Track competitors, trends and new YouTube opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in YouTube Channel Management.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO & YouTube Analytics.
• Good content planning and content writing skills.
• Understanding of audience growth and content strategy.
• Strong analytical and creative approach.
• Experience in Education/EdTech will be an added advantage.
