Job Description

Role Overview

The Youth League Competitions Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning, administration and smooth execution of AIFF Youth League competitions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate Youth League competitions, fixtures and schedules.
Coordinate with clubs, academies, State Associations and internal AIFF departments.
Monitor team/player registration, eligibility, transfers, renewals and CMS activities.
Ensure clubs comply with AIFF regulations, deadlines and competition requirements.
Coordinate match-day operations, Match Commissioners and other stakeholders.
Handle fixture changes, protests, disciplinary matters and operational issues.
Maintain competition records, trackers and reports.
Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.

Experience

3–5 years in Sports/Football competitions or Sports Administration
