Job Description

Young Professional Communication & Design

Reports To: Assistant Director, Marketing and Communication

Location: New Delhi

Work Experience: 6 months

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract

Programme Event Support:

  • Assist in organising and executing CRB's various programme-related events.
  • Provide logistical and operational support to ensure successful event implementation.
  • Support session coordination, speaker management, and documentation/reporting.

ISS Summit Coordination:

  • Support the ISS Summit team in event logistics, programme scheduling, and general outreach.
  • Assist in curating and managing content related to programme-specific sessions within the Summit.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication among stakeholders and participants.

Design & Communications:

  • Support the development and design of programme/event-specific communication materials such as event brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all programme materials and activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create visually engaging and impactful event collateral.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 6 months 1 year of experience in event management and/or design-related roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience managing social media content and event promotion is desirable.
