We are looking for a YouTube Marketing & Growthprofessional who can take end-to-end ownership of the growth and performance of Dhan's YouTube channels. The role will work across a portfolio of channels covering trading, investing, commodities, product education and regional audiences. You will be responsible for turning audience insights, market trends and business priorities into compelling content and building a consistent, measurable growth engine on YouTube.

This is a hands-on role that combines content strategy, creative thinking, YouTube analytics, audience understanding and execution. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable discussing content ideas, reviewing a thumbnail, analysing retention data and working with writers, creators, editors and designers to improve the next video.

Expected Responsibilities:

• Own the growth and content strategy for a portfolio of Dhan's YouTube channels, including audience definition, positioning, content pillars, formats and growth goals.
• Build annual, quarterly and weekly content and programming plans based on audience behaviour, market trends, business priorities and channel performance.
• Own the complete content journey from ideation and briefing to production, publishing, optimisation and post-release analysis.
• Identify high-potential content opportunities from market events, trading trends, investing themes, product launches, topical conversations and audience feedback.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop content that is accurate, engaging, differentiated and relevant to the audience.
• Review and improve scripts, hooks, storylines and content formats, while maintaining strong standards of financial accuracy and compliance.
• Own YouTube packaging, including titles, thumbnails, descriptions, hooks and overall video presentation, with a strong focus on discoverability and click-through.
• Track and analyse key YouTube metrics including views, watch time, CTR, average view duration, audience retention, subscribers, returning viewers and engagement.
• Translate channel performance data into clear content and growth decisions, what to scale, what to change and what to stop.
• Build strong relationships with creators and external talent to expand Dhan's reach and YouTube presence.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Social, Brand, Design, Content and Compliance teams to align YouTube initiatives with broader business and brand priorities.

Expected Skills:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in YouTube, digital video, content marketing, social media, financial media or digital content strategy.
• Proven experience in growing YouTube channels, with a strong understanding of what drives views, watch time, retention, engagement and subscriber growth.
• Experience in finance, investing, trading, fintech, financial media or a related category is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indian financial markets, including equities, F&O, commodities, investing and basic technical/fundamental analysis.
• Excellent understanding of YouTube Analytics, SEO, discovery, audience retention, CTR and content packaging.
• Strong ability to use data to make content decisions while retaining creative judgement and audience understanding.
