• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of academic subjects.
• Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success.
• Develop and implement instructional materials, assessments, and activities that align with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to accommodate the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
• Provide regular and constructive feedback to students on their academic progress and performance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other academic data
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's academic progress and performance
