Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients physical, mental, and emotional health to design personalized yoga therapy programs.
Conduct therapeutic yoga sessions using asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
Help clients manage health conditions such as back pain, stress, anxiety, diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and joint issues.
Guide clients in correct posture, breathing techniques, and body alignment.
Monitor client progress and modify therapy plans as needed.
Educate clients on lifestyle management, stress reduction, and healthy habits.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and hygienic practice environment.
Maintain client records, therapy notes, and progress reports.
Work in coordination with doctors, physiotherapists, and wellness professionals when required.
Conduct group and individual yoga therapy sessions.
Promote mental well-being through mindfulness and relaxation practices.
Follow professional ethics, confidentiality, and safety guidelines.
Stay updated with new developments in yoga therapy and holistic health.
Assist in wellness workshops, health camps, and corporate wellness programs.
