Yoga Director (Senior Role)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Yoga Director. The Yoga Director will lead the yoga programs, oversee the development and delivery of classes, and mentor the yoga teaching team. The responsibilities include designing structured yoga curriculums, guiding the teaching of Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices, and ensuring high-quality standards of teaching. The role will involve regular interaction with other staff, participants, and stakeholders to align yoga offerings with the organization's vision and goals.

• Expertise in Yoga Instruction, particularly in Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices.
• Strong skills in Teaching and the ability to mentor and guide a team of yoga instructors.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with participants and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience in managing yoga-related programs or studios is highly preferred.
• A Yoga Teacher Training Certification from a recognized institute is required.
