Yarn Marketing Manager to lead B2B sales and expand our market presence.
Role Overview
The Yarn Marketing Manager will be responsible for
B2B sales, business development, and market expansion for recycled yarn products. The role requires strong industry networking, client acquisition skills, and understanding of textile supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
1 B2B Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for recycled yarn
- Identify and onboard new clients (mills, fabric manufacturers, exporters, garment units)
- Build strong relationships with textile manufacturers and bulk buyers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2 Market Expansion
- Explore new markets across Rajasthan and other textile hubs
- Analyze market demand, pricing trends, and competitor activity
- Position recycled yarn as a sustainable and cost-effective alternative
3 Client Relationship Management
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closures
- Ensure smooth coordination between plant, dispatch, and clients
- Maintain long-term partnerships and repeat business
4 Sales Reporting & Coordination
- Track inquiries, conversions, and revenue targets
- Provide regular MIS and sales performance updates
- Work closely with production team to align supply with demand
Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Textile Engineering (preferred)
- 38 years of experience in:
- Yarn marketing
- Textile B2B sales
- Raw material sales in textile industry
- Strong network in textile mills & manufacturing units
- Understanding of yarn counts, quality parameters, and pricing
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Preferred
- Experience in recycled yarn / sustainable textile products
- Existing client base in textile clusters
- Exposure to domestic & export-oriented buyers
