ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily yacht charter operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of rides.
- Plan and execute daily ride schedules including allocation of yachts across multiple jetties.
- Decide yacht deployment based on ride demand, peak days and operational priorities (up to 25-30 rides per day)
- Coordinate yacht movement between locations to optimize utilization and avoid downtime.
- Ensure yacht are operationally ready before start of daily operations.
- Plan and monitor regular cleaning, upkeep and basic maintenance schedules for all yachts.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams/vendors for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare and manage staffing and shifts schedules for yacht crew and operational staff.
- Allocate staff to yachts and locations based on operational requirements.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and performance of deployed staff.
- Act as primary operations person on-site, coordinating between crew, customers and management.
- Handle operational issues, last minute changes and emergencies effectively
- Ensure customer experience standards are maintained during all yachts charter operations
Minimum Qualification
Any Graduate/Diploma
Years and Nature of Experience
10-15 years (marine operations, water sports, tourism, operations)
