Xray Technologist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Xray Technologist located in Rajkot. The Xray Technologist will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment to produce radiographs of various parts of the body for diagnostic purposes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing patients for radiologic examinations, following physicians orders on what areas of the body to image, ensuring radiation safety measures are in place, and maintaining radiologic equipment. Additionally, the Xray Technologist will work closely with radiologists to interpret the images.

Qualifications

• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Proficiency in Radiation Safety and Radiologic Technology
• Knowledge of Radiology and Medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Capability to work well as part of a medical team
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field is beneficial
