XR Systems Technology Program Manager, Senior

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule, within scope, and budget.
• Translate organizational strategy and evolving product roadmaps into actionable programs.
• Partner with product management, core technology teams, systems, and software leads to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management covering milestones, metrics, risks, and staffing.
• Lead risk management efforts and communicate risk mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to define milestones, allocate resources, and enforce program policies.
• Manage change control processes, development reviews, and compliance with procedures.
• Enable real-time visibility of schedules and KPIs through dashboards and reports.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with department checklists and standards.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices within programs.
• Manage resources, headcount, and budgets for AI software departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of Program Management or related experience.

Work Experience:

• 12+ years in software product development and program management in semiconductor/wireless industry.
• 2+ years in AI and Neural Network technology.
• 2+ years engineering leadership/management experience, including budget and resource oversight.
• 4+ years program management experience.
• 3+ years managing budgets, resources, or project financials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2+ years experience with program management tools (dashboards, Gantt charts).
• 3+ years interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above).
• 2+ years experience working in large matrixed organizations.
• 7+ years program management or related experience.
