XPS MACHINE OPERATOR

The requirements for the position are as follows:

• Minimum 10 years experience as an XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) Operator.
• Strong experience operating, monitoring, and controlling XPS extrusion machines safely and efficiently.
• Good knowledge of temperature, pressure, extrusion parameters, and production recipes for different densities and board sizes.
• Relevant experience in the XPS/plastic extrusion industry.
• Diploma or equivalent in Plastic Technology.
• Basic troubleshooting skills, including identifying production issues and taking corrective action.
• Ability to identify and correct common defects related to density, thickness, dimensions, surface quality, cell structure, and dimensional stability.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
