Support the XML team in day-to-day operations, including formatting, updating, and validating XML files with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing and ad-tech processes, while troubleshooting basic XML and campaign-related issues.
Prepare and maintain basic reports using MS Office, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates.
Communicate professionally with international clients and collaborate effectively to resolve tasks or queries.
Learn and contribute to campaign management, optimization, growth strategies, and reporting under guidance.
Demonstrate strong time-management, planning, and a willingness to learn the full sales cyclefrom coordination and documentation to account management and customer success.
Required Qualifications
Education: BMM, BCom, or BA graduates (Freshers can apply)
Strong interest in digital marketing, ad-tech, and XML-based operations
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes
Key Skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (preferred)
