Xml Conversion Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for an XML Conversion Specialist. The key responsibilities include processing and converting files to XML format, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining quality standards. The specialist will collaborate closely with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve conversion issues, develop and implement solutions, and maintain detailed documentation of workflows and processes.

• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and related technologies
• Strong understanding of document formatting and content conversion processes
• Experience with tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, InDesign, or equivalent publishing software
• Attention to detail, ability to ensure data accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in managing large datasets, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and ensuring high-quality results
• Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with team members, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) is advantageous
