Description
We are looking for a passionate
AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy data-driven AI solutions leveraging the latest in LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data engineering, hands-on experience with AI/ML models, and a keen interest in building intelligent systems that create real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Generative AI Development :
- Build and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, image generation, code assistance, or chatbot applications.
- Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, or Hugging Face models) into business workflows.
- Design prompt engineering and context management strategies to optimize model outputs.
- Contribute to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and vector
database integrations (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to prototype and deploy GenAI-powered
features.
- Data Engineering & Infrastructure :
- Design and maintain data pipelines that support training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads.
- Handle large-scale unstructured data (text, audio, image, or code) efficiently.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance using modern data engineering tools.
- Work with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to build scalable AI systems.
- Implement ETL/ELT workflows using tools like Airflow, Prefect, or DBT.
- MLOps & Deployment :
- Deploy and monitor GenAI models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based ML services.
- Build automated pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
- Track experiments, data versions, and model performance with MLflow, DVC, or Weights & Biases.
- Ensure security, compliance, and ethical AI practices in all deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML, or GenAI development.
- Strong programming skills in Python (knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
- Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.) and prompt design.
- Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and data pipeline tools.
- Working knowledge of Git, REST APIs, Docker, and cloud-based data workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and curiosity about new AI technologies.
