Using advanced Video AI tools and agentic workflows, we create high-quality creative content designed for impact, speed, scalability, and modern digital platforms.

We're now looking for a Freelance X (Twitter) Growth Hacker to build and scale Hinton Studios presence on X and establish the brand as a strong voice in AI filmmaking, AI advertising, creative technology, and the future of content production.

The Role

You will own the growth strategy for Hinton Studios on X — from content experimentation and audience acquisition to engagement, distribution, and conversion.

This is an execution-heavy role for someone who understands how to turn content, trends, communities, and data into measurable growth.

What You'll Do

Build and execute an X growth strategy from the ground up
Develop content formats including threads, short-form posts, opinions, insights, case studies, and trend-based content
Identify viral opportunities, trending conversations, and relevant communities
Experiment with posting frequency, timing, formats, hooks, and content angles
Grow followers and meaningful engagement organically
Build relationships with creators, founders, marketers, agencies, and brands
Explore X Spaces, collaborations, replies, quote posts, and community-led growth
Track KPIs and continuously optimize based on performance
Analyze audience behavior, content performance, and conversion opportunities
Work closely with Hinton Studios creative and marketing team to turn our work into high-performing X content
Develop strategies to convert X attention into brand awareness, inbound leads, and business opportunities

What We're Looking For

Proven experience growing X/Twitter accounts organically
Strong understanding of X algorithms, trends, distribution, and engagement mechanics
Experience with growth hacking, content marketing, and audience acquisition
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to test, measure, learn, and iterate
Ability to identify what can potentially go viral — and understand why
Strong understanding of social media analytics and conversion optimization
Excellent written communication and content instincts
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience with AI, filmmaking, advertising, creative agencies, startups, or technology is a strong advantage
