Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and culturally aware Writer who can develop strong concepts and write engaging, platform-first content across digital formats. The ideal candidate understands internet culture, audience behavior, and storytelling for social media, with the ability to turn briefs into impactful scripts, campaigns, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop creative content ideas across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, fintech, and culture
  • Translate brand briefs into engaging, audience-first storytelling formats
  • Develop strong hooks, narratives, and platform-native concepts optimized for engagement
  • Adapt brand tone, messaging, and writing style across multiple formats and audiences
  • Collaborate with strategy, production, and creative teams throughout the content development process
  • Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, branded films, digital ads, and creator-led content
  • Research social trends, pop culture, and emerging digital formats to create relevant content
  • Create pitch notes, moodboards, and creative references for campaigns and presentations
  • Write dialogue, voiceovers, captions, and on-screen copy for video content
  • Ensure scripts are concise, visually engaging, and aligned with production feasibility
  • Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas during campaign development
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and fast turnaround timelines

Qualifications

  • Experience working with brands, agencies, creators, or production teams preferred
  • Portfolio/showreel featuring branded or digital content is mandatory
