Description
We're seeking a sharp, detail-driven Copywriter to join our in-house offshore creative team at a business software company. From social cards and digital ads to blog visuals and signage headlines, your work ensures our ideas land with clarity and credibility. This role matters because strong, consistent copy is what turns strategy into communication—and communication into trust with our customers.

- Produce and proofread copy across formats and channels, including social posts, blog-related assets, digital ads, email or web modules, and small/large format signage, using existing templates and messaging frameworks.
- Prompt and collaborate with AI-assisted content tools to accelerate drafting, variations, and resizing, while ensuring outputs meet quality, accuracy, and brand standards.
- Maintain brand voice and tone consistency across all deliverables, applying style guides and editorial rules with precision and confidence.
- Deliver work on time in a remote environment, managing multiple briefs, revisions, and handoffs while meeting deadlines and production requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently, making thoughtful edits that improve clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
Basic Qualifications
- Professional copywriting or editorial experience, ideally in marketing, product, or brand communications within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using generative AI tools for content creation, editing, or optimization, with strong judgment around when and how to use them.
- Ability to take creative deliverables from brief to final asset, including revisions, resizing, and proofreading for accuracy and consistency.
- Strong remote collaboration and organizational skills, with comfort working across time zones and with cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting B2B, SaaS, or technology brands, working within established messaging frameworks.
- Familiarity with content management systems, DAMs, or workflow/project management tools used in distributed creative teams.
- Background in production or in-house creative teams, where speed, consistency, and scalability are critical.
