WRB Business Analytics (Bancassurance)

Job Summary

• Provide concise and accurate analysis of the WRB business lines using client, product and transaction data.
• Create visual and actionable insights to be communicated to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiencies in the existing data analytics workflow
• Build re-usable data and analytics artefacts and work with technology to industrialize and scale solutions
• Manage Data solutions projects with strong technical and data driven components.

Serve as a Director of the Board

Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

Skills and Experience

7+ years of Overall experience in Business analytics -building business insights and analytics solution design

3+ years experience in Consumer insurance (preferably Life insurance or Health and wellness insurance). Alternately experience working with Bancassurance business will be considered.

Working experience with wealth and affluent solutions within Banking and financial services will be advantageous

Strong Data manipulation skills Conducted EDA, joined data from multiple sources, worked with asymmetric data.

Experience designing, developing and deploying medium to large scale projects will be extremely advantages.

Strong stakeholder communication and management skills.

Technical proficiencies

Languages: Python, SQL/HQL, Pyspark etc.

Tools: Open source, Dataiku/Data robot, hue etc
