We are looking for a diligent technical lead to join our team in Indian.
As a technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
The ideal candidate is an innovative professional with a passion for leading tech team and ensure the implementation of new PKI functionalities and components compliance with Worldline's security and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, feedback and support.
- Collaborating with SW-Architect and product owner to understand product requirements and define technical solutions.
- Designing and architecting scalable, maintainable and efficient software components.
- Implementing best practices, coding standards and quality assurance processes within the team.
- Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation.
- Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide regular status updates to Product owner and Team lead.
Skills
- Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and IT operations.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and managing of a team.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate the team.
- Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiency in programming languages, frameworks and technologies like Java spring; Vue, Gradle, Database, GitLab/Jenkins.
- Experience in Software design and architecture.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
- Experience with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience in a technical leadership role.
- Proven experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographies.
