About The Job:
- Workspace ONE UEM Administrator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise devices across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS).
- This role involves configuring and maintaining the Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) console, enforcing security and compliance policies, managing applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to align MDM strategies with business goals
Essential Job Functions:
- Enroll and manage devices (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) using Workspace ONE.
- Configure device profiles, compliance policies, and restrictions.
- Automate provisioning and onboarding workflows.
- Deploy, update, and manage enterprise and public applications.
- Configure app policies for secure delivery and usage.
- Oversee app lifecycle and ensure compatibility across platforms.
- Enforce device security policies including encryption, passcodes, and remote wipe.
- Integrate with identity providers (e.g., Azure AD) for conditional access.
- Implement certificate-based authentication (CBA), SCEP/PKI integration.
- Monitor and respond to compliance violations and security incidents.
- Utilize Workspace ONE Intelligence for analytics and reporting.
- Troubleshoot device issues and manage support tickets.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve MDM-related incidents.
- System Maintenance & Upgrades
- Maintain Workspace ONE UEM console and supporting infrastructure.
- Apply patches, updates, and test new features.
- Collaborate with Omnissa (vendor support) for escalated issues.
- Workspace ONE UEM Console Management
- Configure and maintain Smart Groups, Device Profiles, and Compliance Policies.
- Implement custom XML payloads for advanced configurations.
- Support zero-touch enrollment (Android Enterprise, Apple DEP, Windows Autopilot).
- Manage device retirement, wipe, and re-enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate device inventory and asset tracking.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with IT leadership, security teams, and business units.
- Present technical roadmaps, compliance reports, and project updates to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Total Yrs. of Experience* 8 - 10 years
- Relevant Yrs. of experience* 8+
