Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Workspace ONE L2 Engineer to support and manage enterprise-wide endpoint and mobility solutions using VMware / Omnissa Workspace ONE. The role focuses on device lifecycle management, security enforcement, integrations, and advanced troubleshooting across multiple operating systems.
Key Responsibilities
Workspace ONE Administration
- Deploy, configure, and manage Workspace ONE UEM & Workspace ONE Access
- Manage device enrollment and lifecycle for Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Implement and maintain Zero Trust security policies
- Monitor device compliance, performance, and security posture
L2 Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide L2/L3 support for Workspace ONE-related issues
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, authentication, app deployment, profiles, and connectivity
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
Integration & Automation
- Integrate Workspace ONE with Azure AD, Okta, Intune, and other IAM systems
- Configure SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, REST APIs, and scripting
Security & Compliance
- Enforce device compliance, encryption, and remote wipe policies
- Manage VPN, certificates, and secure access configurations
- Work closely with security teams to meet organizational and regulatory standards
Documentation & User Enablement
- Create SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles
- Support IT teams and end users with Workspace ONE best practices
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workspace ONE UEM & Access administration
- Strong expertise in MDM / EMM / Endpoint Management
- Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Hands-on experience integrating Workspace ONE with Azure AD / Okta / Intune
- Proficiency in PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation scripting
- Good understanding of networking, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud security
Nice to Have
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- Knowledge of Mobile Application Management (MAM) and VDI
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and enterprise support models
- VMware Workspace ONE Certification (VCP-DW or equivalent
