Position Overview

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Workshop Leaders to conduct engaging, hands-on workshops for students at TUMO Mumbai.

As a Workshop Leader, you'll design and lead short-term creative and technical sessions, helping students develop real-world skills through fun, project-based learning experiences. You'll play a key role in inspiring young minds, encouraging curiosity, and empowering them to explore technology and creativity in new ways.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive, project-based workshops in one or more of the following domains:
• Game Development | Drawing | Robotics | Motion Graphics | Graphic Design | Programming | 3D Modelling | Gen AI
• Guide students through all stages of project creation — from concept to completion.
• Motivate and mentor learners to think creatively and solve problems independently.
• Collaborate with the TUMO team to align workshop content with the center's learning goals.
• Create an inclusive, engaging, and safe environment that encourages creativity and experimentation.

Requirements

• Expertise in one or more of the listed workshop domains.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Prior experience in conducting workshops, training, or mentoring (especially with teens) preferred.
• Passion for creativity, technology, and hands-on learning.
• Ability to engage students and inspire enthusiasm for learning.

Job Type:

Freelance / Contract (Workshop-based engagement)

• Location: Mumbai- Borivali, Wadala and South Mumbai (On-Site Job)
• Compensation: Competitive per session, based on expertise and experience
