About the Internship

We are seeking a Workshop Facilitation and Trainings Intern who can attend and support community-based workshops conducted on weekdays or weekends across Delhi-NCR. This role involves both workshop preparation and on-ground facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparing workshop activities

• Facilitate or co-facilitate mental health and psychosocial workshops

• Prepare workshop materials and support on-ground coordination

• Assist with the orientation and training of volunteers and facilitators

• Participate in pre-session planning and post-session debriefing

• Document relevant observations, participant responses, and feedback

• Coordinate with the Curriculum Development team when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Psychology

• Based in Delhi-NCR and willing to travel to workshop locations

• Available to attend workshops on weekdays/ weekends

• Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

• Prior facilitation or community-work experience is preferred but not mandatory

Internship Details

• Start Date: October 1, 2026

• Duration: One month

• Mode: Field-based across Delhi-NCR, with some planning and coordination conducted remotely

• Time Commitment: 10-12 hours per week

• Working Hours: Flexible and dependent on the workshop schedule

• Compensation: Unpaid
