Workplace Services Manager, REWS

Minimum qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in real estate and facilities management.
• Experience in an enterprise environment, managing executive stakeholder relationships and leading vendor teams.
• Experience in leadership overseeing campus portfolios and multi-million dollar operational budgets.
• Experience in workplace transformation strategy and execution across a campus portfolio.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency through the strategic adoption of AI/ML tools, smart building technologies, and automated workflow solutions.
  
  

About The Job

The India Regional REWS team delivers a seamless workplace experience to Googlers across a large and varied real estate portfolio in six cities in India. India is one of five global regions which sit within the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) organization. REWS is a matrix organization of regions, centers of excellence and core functions. Collectively, REWS mission is to create the places, services, and experiences that enable Google to grow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end building operations, property management, and maintenance for complex facilities across the Bengaluru portfolio.
• Understand Google's culture while keeping a close track on global workplace trends, market best practices, and emerging smart-building technology.
• Bring AI/ML tools into daily operational workflows to reimagine facility tasks, maximize impact, and optimize campus infrastructure operations.
• Oversee vendor agreements, operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and service delivery across Bengaluru campus facilities.
